For Term 2 Week 2, my online maths workshop goal was "Use a broad range of strategies to solve addition and subtraction problems with whole numbers and decimals."
We were allowed to pick out of "Rounding and Compensating, Equal Adjustments, Reversibility and Place Value." I picked Reversibility because I kind of forgot how to do it until I watched the videos and also because I've never used Reversibility in Decimals. I made a poster on how to do Reversibility, both whole numbers and decimals.

We used Thesaurus and I changed some words that I though I used a bit too often or that sound a bit plain. For online school, my week 1 Maths goal is "Solve Add/Sub Problems with the whole numbers & decimals." For our workshops, we use Google Meet to call. We start online school at 9 am. At first, I wasn't excited about online school, but when 2 weeks passed during lock down, everything was so boring. Online school makes the lock down less boring. I hope this lock down doesn't extend, because I REALLY want to see my friends! Everything is boring now. I also may or may not dyed parts of my hair.. Anyways, how about you? Have you been giving yourself makeovers? Okay, back to Maths. I'll be sharing a video that I made on Google Slides, recorded or Screencastify and edited on WeVideo. If you really understand what Equal Adjustment is, I hope this helps you clear things up!

In this blog, I will be talking about Communication in PBL.
I'll be answering questions about Communication.
We are having a school fair, 8th of March, Sunday!

1. Why is communication important for the future?
People communicated to others and made inventions that we use nowadays and it's important for the future because when we communicate, sometimes we invent useful things like how people invented technology and now we use technology to communicate. Communicating with others is also important so that they can collaborate and stuff.

2. What are the different ways we communicate messages? 
We can communicate through apps, games, writing on a piece of paper or just talking to someone, face to face with them. A lot of kids nowadays communicate a lot through technology.

3. Do we communicate in different ways compared to 10 years ago?
I think that we communicate more different now than compared to 10 years ago because now, we communicate through technology, social media, games and more.
