~ Tech and what I've learned so far ~

Hey guys! Welcome back to another blog!
This blog will be about technology and what I've learned so far.
The year 7/8's have been going to tech! And last term I did plastics, and this term I'm doing fabrics/sewing.

Term 1 - Plastics
I've learned how to used the machine's and that you can make anything out of plastics.
I've learned how to make key chains and print out stickers.
Term 2 - Fabrics/Sewing
I've still got more to learn since my school goes to Tech every Monday so I've only been to tech 3 times.
I've learned how to use the sewing machine and other things.

Anyways, that's the end of my blog! See ya!

~ Speech ~

Hey guys welcome back to another blog!
This blog will be about my speech! My speech is about Racism, since our PBL project this term is about Discrimination, as you might have seen on my other blogs. I can share a short line about my speech since it isn't really done.

Speaking up or being an upstander doesn't mean you have to be special, anyone can stand up. No matter who we are, rich, poor, old, young, famous, unknown, we can still stand up. Anyways, this blog was short but I will be showing the rest of my speech when it's done, anyways, see ya later alligator!

~ Goals for Term 2 ~

Hey guys welcome back to my blog!
This blog will be about my goals for Term 2 aka this term.
My goals kinda worked out I guess, sometimes I don't listen on the mat but most time's I do.
I think listening on the mat will be my goal again for this term and try not to get distracted.
Another goal will be doing more work, because sometimes I don't get much work done.
Anyways, that's the end of my blog! Even though it was short, it was just about my blog, anyways.
See ya later alligator!

~ Cross Country ~

Hey guys! Welcome back to another blog! This blog will be about Cross Country! Cross Country was on a Thursday but I don't know the date. Cross Country was kinda hard, average hard, because it was my 1st time doing 3 laps! The park was kinda big and the little kids only had to run half the park. We ran a 3k run, which is 3 laps.

~ Discrimination Art ~

Hello and welcome back to another blog! This blog will be about will be about our Discrimination Art. Don't know what Discrimination Art is? Well not much people know, but I'll tell you. Discrimination art was where we were allowed to write a short story of when we have been discriminated against, like sexism, racism and many more. But if we didn't have a story, we were allowed to write a song lyric or quote (kinda about discrimination but like against discrimination.) And next we were allowed to take a picture of us or draw, I drew myself. We were allowed to add a logo and other stuff (I'm sorry but I forgot the other stuff we were allowed to add.) Anyways, that's the end of my blog! See ya next time! Bye!

> Discrimination <

Hello and welcome back to another Blog! If there are any new people on my blog, hello and welcome! This term for our P.B.L project, we are doing Discrimination and how we can stop it and stand up. We were able to choose to do a Poetry Slam, Podcast, Drama or TED Talk. Me and my buddy chose to do Poetry Slam and about Racism. We are doing to stop Racism and we'll share about some stories that actually happened to people around the world.

Sexism - Sexism is where male/female aren't allowed to do things male/female can do, that's SEXISM. People can't change their gender so they shouldn't be judged for being that gender.

Ageism - Ageism is where you aren't allowed to do some stuff because of your age, some, for your safety. But if you can't do something because of your age and have no reason, that's ageism. If they have no reason for it to be 13+, 16+ or 18+, well they should be allowed to do it.

Racism - Racism is VERY common, it happens a lot around the world. What is it? Well, it's where you hate someone for their skin colour. People shouldn't do that, God made them special that way and we are all made out of the same thing so we shouldn't bully other for that, again, we are all made of the same thing.

Able-ism - Able-ism is where you discriminate someone for having something like glasses, permanent wheel-chairs and more. People shouldn't hate them for being like that, they are special that way and people can't change that

Religious Discrimination - Religious Discrimination is where you judge someone for being that Religion, like for being Jewish or Buddhist, well they shouldn't be judged, they can have their religion if they want, that's who they are.

What is Discrimination? - Discrimination is where you hate someone for who they are. Like hate someone for their skin, religion or gender.

What does an up stander do? - An up stander stands up to people being discriminated against. They show what a great role model is. Anyone can be an up stander, you don't have to be someone special to do it, even if you've done some wrong things, you can still be and up stander.

What does it mean to speak up? - Speaking up is being an up stander, speaking up can encourage others not to discriminate against others. Anyone should be able to speak up and help others, anyone can.

What are stereotype's or bias? - A bias is where you just listen to someone getting discriminated against and not actually stand up and/or you agree with someone who is discriminating others, it's actually pretty much being a bully, well, don't be a bully, be and up stander.

What are different types of Discrimination? - Sexism, Racism, Ageism, Able-ism and Religious Discrimination.
